I'm a returning customer and have always been impressed with your product quality. This time, I purchased four travel kits specifically as gifts for my sisters, and unfortunately, the packaging was a major letdown. One kit arrived in a visibly torn box, marred with cellotape, and contained just one pouch, making the box entirely unsuitable for gifting. A second box held three pouches, which again made the individual gifting impossible without separate packaging. Given the price point and your brand's reputation, I truly expect higher quality packaging, especially when the items are intended as gifts. If individual boxes aren't feasible for each pouch, perhaps a protective sleeve could be offered to enhance the gifting presentation.
