RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns Information:

Our customer service team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns. If you received the product and wish to exchange it for another item, or you received a damaged product, directions are provided below. Only products purchased on https://www.kimirica.shop/ can be returned. 

1. We only accept returns or replacements in case of product damage during shipping or any other genuine case (the final decision regarding the return will be taken by us, once we verify the product ).
2. We request you to please reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery of said order.
3. Once your returned products are verified by us, the amount of your order will be refunded to you within 7 business days.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value of INR 699, and for all orders below the minimum order amount, an additional charge of INR 99 will be applied at the time of checkout. After the placement of your order your package will reach your doorstep in 3-5 business days. 

CASH ON DELIVERY 

We offer a flat COD fee of ₹49 on all eligible orders. Please note that COD is only available for orders up to ₹5,000. Any order above ₹5,000 will require a prepaid payment. All COD details will be clearly shown at checkout.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped by contacting our customer care team. If the cancellation is made in time, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 8–9 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
